05Nature of the service

⚕ Important

Rekare is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, registered doctors. Rekare does not practise medicine, does not employ the doctors, and is not responsible for clinical advice given. It is not a substitute for emergency care.

06Payments & refunds

Consultation fees are set by doctors or displayed on the platform and are processed through secure payment partners. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per the refund policy shown at the time of booking. Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false credentials.
  • Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare.

08Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Rekare is not liable for clinical outcomes, indirect or consequential losses, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
